Yard of the Month - April, 2023

The selection for the April Yard of the Month is 2901 Scherer Drive. It is at the home of Neil and Barrie Sweeney. The home originally belonged to Barrie’s grandfather! Neil has worked extremely hard to make this large corner lot quite noteworthy - the sloping backyard looks especially nice with beautiful azaleas in the border near the creek.

Yard of the Month - May, 2023

The choice for Yard of the Month for May is located at 3111 Archdale Road. This yard was selected for it’s combination of a beautiful green lawn with neat edging along the sidewalk and driveway as well as nicely maintained shrubs and plants along the front of the house.

Heading The Yard of the Month for June is located at 2610 East Weyburn Road. It is at the home of Bob and Beth Anne Shelly. Their yard was chosen for the lush, deep green lawn which is always kept neatly trimmed as well as nicely maintained borders. The welcoming front porch looks like a nice place to sit and admire the view!

The Yard of the Month for August is located at 8119 Ammonett Drive.  Itt is at the home of Gladys Connaster who has lived there for 37 years!  This yeard is notable for its thick, green lawn and neatly arranged shrubs along the front of the house as well as the nice edging around the sidewal and driveway.

The Yard of the Month chosen for July is at the home of Jes Santillian and David Clark and is located at 3809 Whitewood Road. This yard was selected for the great variety of plantings, both green and flowering, that are arranged along the front of the house and in the border along the side yard and even extending into the backyard!

The choice for the Yard of the Month for September is located at 3141 Darnley Drive at the home of Sandra Foley. This yard was selected for the nice green lawn as well as the neatly arranged shrubs and flowers planted along the front of the house. The fall decorations on the front porch helped to make this yard the perfect pick for September!
