Our choice for the April YOM is this beautiful lawn at 4608 Oxford Parkway. It is the home of Rick Godsey who has lived here for about 20 years. The lush green grass and the nicely arranged plantings around the house and along the driveway caught our eye and we knew we had found a winner!
The Yard of the Month for May is located at 2939 Halstead Road. It is the home of Jerry and Kathy Wyatt who have lived in Oxford for 40 years! Their yard was chosen for the beautiful landscaping that surrounds their entire corner lot. They have eliminated any invasive species and have chosen plants that attract birds as well as Monarch butterflies. In fact, their yard is registered as a Wildlife Habitat and a Monarch Waystation.
The YOM for June is located at 3030 Darnley Drive. This yard was selected for the beautiful green grass as well as the plants and shrubs along the front of the house - the daylilies give a nice pop of color. The lawn is also neatly trimmed along the driveway and sidewalk adding to the overall well maintained appearance

The July Yard of the Month is located at 8237 Ammonett Drive and is at the home of Doug and Emily Nunn. Their yard was selected for the beautiful flowering shrubs and the neatly arranged mulched beds along the front of the house and around the mailbox.
The Yard of the Month for August is located at the home of Chuck and Lisa Montgomery at 8225 Halstead Road. Their yard was selected for the neatly trimmed lawn as well as the well maintained borders along the front of the house. Also, Lisa’s use of whimsical decorations give a cheery, welcoming appearance!
The YOM for September is located at 3136 Bicknell Road. It is the home of Debbie and Rusty Murray. Their yard was selected for the beautiful, thick grass which they have managed to keep green even with the drought we have had over the last few months. Their shrubs and mulched areas are always neatly maintained as well. Debbie’s pretty fall decor around the front door also helped make this the perfect choice for September!
